    Residue...

I use this when I'm out of the ELF Studio Wipes, because it leaves a slight residue. I know, gross. It DOES, however, do its job. It even gets off all the waterproof stuff! But the residue turns me off. The problem is that there aren't very many pads in one case, and they're very thin and small. They do tend to dry up pretty quickly though.

    Stings my eye!

Works great on non-waterproof makeup. Stings eye. I don't recommend using this on the eye area! I prefer Rimmel's Gentle Eye Make Up Remover.

Better than some more expensive make up removers

I like the pads because it's not as messy and the pads don't fall apart. It does sting a little, but it's nothing too painful. It works better at removing my mascara than some other removers I have. The packaging is flimsy, but it hasn't dried out on me. My only complaints are that the pads are a little too small, so I use one front and back for each eye, and that they should make one with more pads... But for $1 you can just stock up.

    YOWZA!

Upon opening the container for these I immediately noticed how very thin and flimsy these were. Plus let me say that if you get these in your eyes and your gonna know it! Can you say YOWZA?! They have a soapy sort of residue that I'm not to fond of. Also, after testing some eye makeup this evening I used these for a quick eye makeup "takeoff". I used them a couple of times and by the ...read moretime it was all said and done my eye was sore and irritated. I'll stick to my Smashbox Cleansing Oil for taking my eye makeup off. These are convenient and I would take them for travel, but for everyday use I will pass it up.

    E L F Eye Makeup Pads F A I L

Janurary of last year was the first and last time I have used elf Eye Makeup Remover Pads. They worked alright--excellently, but immediately after using they made the skin around my eyes begin to BURN. I had to rush to the sink to wash the whatever-it-was on my eyes, off. Afterward, my eyes were red and slightly puffy. I would NOT recommend this product, firstly, to anyone with sensitive skin, a...read morend secondly, to anyone worried about what might be in a product to make your skin burn like such. Saving money is all well and good, but in this case, ladies, it'd probably do better for you to not skimp in this area.

    Dried up too quick

I only had the chance to use one pad before they were all dried up. I wouldn't buy them again, even if they are only a dollar

Work fine, but just buy a liquid and cotton balls

The pads are small and thin with maybe too much remover in them. Still had to use a cotton ball or wipe to remove excess.

    Good Deal

I really like these makeup remover pads. They're ready to go out of the package and you don't have to soak a cotton ball or something like that. Just one pad will take off all of my eye makeup. They also get a little soapy so the makeup comes off easier. It gets ALL of my eyeliner off in one shot. They're small enough to through in a travel bag or purse or whatever and they're only $1.00 for 18 pads.
