Works very well. Only downside is I was not good at keeping it clean (dripped wax all over it!!!), and it was super messy to store. But, that is partly to be expected and mostly my own user error. If you keep it clean it will last you forever! I just got my Gigi wax warmer and I love it!! It makes me feel like a professional and it really saves you money on waxes. I use it with the hard wax, which is stripless. It takes about 45 minutes to melt to the right consistency and then you are ready to use it! It was one of the first purchases that I made while I was in school and have it to this day. Keeping your wax warmer clean is not only sanitary, but necessary for the life of the wax warmer. Make sure that you use the Clean Collars and Sure Clean to keep it in mint condition!
