Lousy
I loved the idea of both a regular and waterproof in one wand, since I use waterproof on my lower lashes. But this stuff is awful. All it really does is color the lashes - it doesn't thicken or lengthen. It's okay
This mascara isn't the best, but it doesn't suck as well. It's a good everyday mascara to wear at home or for normal everyday functions. I'm a bigger fan of the non-waterproof mascara because it doesn't flake like the waterproof one does. Like many ELF products, this one has a fruity scent to it. It smells like country apples, which is good. It has a good hold and it does curl my lashes. This mascara goes on okay, but it comes off in clumps. Sometimes these clumps take some of my eyelashes with them. It also leaves my eyelashes brittle and coarse. I hated it

I love this stuff
I use the regular for most applications -- the waterproof would be used if I knew I was going to sweat a lot or something. A little hint though -- when you pull the wand out, kind of blot it on a clean tissue to take off the excess or it WILL clump. And I always run my finger tip (clean, of course) over the lashes after applying just to be sure there is no excess. But then even the regular stays on all day. Don't buy this please!

I WANT A REFUND
