Will definitely be repurchasing
I can't say enough good things about this liner. I can't believe it's only $1--I'd definitely pay more for it. It's easy to use, and literally stays on all day long, until you wash it off with eye makeup remover. I touch my eyes a lot, and it didn't wear off at all. Good eyeliner for the money!
I was not very surprised by how long this eyeliner stayed on and how intense the color was. Most items in the E.L.F. line are $1.00 so I wasn't expecting Dior or Chanel quality. The liner went on smooth and easy and the color is accurate but it did wear off after a few hours. I did go over the eyeliner with a matching dry eyeshadow and it extended the wear.
