What a good basice eyeliner

Good but not Great
I use a lot of liquid liners and while this one is good at only $1, I find that it smudges if not completely dry. It also doesn't last as long before needing to reaply. Didn't do it for me.
I hate hate hate hate HATE this liquid liners. I have used many different kinds and many different brands and I must say that this is the worst one I've ever used! I know it's only a dollar, but c'mon, it's not even worth it. I like most ELF products, but this stuff is seriously lacking. I bought it a few years ago and the formula is so water-y that you get barely any color. I hate the applicator 5,000% Its rock hard and much too stiff for my delicate eye area. It also stung my eyes REALLY bad if I got anywhere near the water line. Oh, and one more thing, it doesn't last at all. Infact it sort of peels off through out the day. happy with the price tag not the product
My first thoughts when using this elf eyeliner was "not bad" for a $1 liquid liner. But it wasn't until i kept using this product that I noticed how watered down this liner is. Glad I gave this a secong shot
The first time I got this in the mail it was exactly like a dry marker. I couldn't do anything with it. However, I heard good things about it so I ordered it again in my next e.l.f purchase. Great!
I recently bought this eyeliner because it was only $1.00 and I was looking for something inexpensive because this would go on the top of my eyes. I was pleasantly surprised by the results. The eyeliner goes on smooth and definitely defines your eyes. It lasts most of the day. I use the color black. This is one I would buy again. Surprised!
Now this for me is a brand that I love. The products pack a punch for the price. This little beauty right here I got in a 3 pack for 3 DOLLARS. I tried it out...it was much smoother and easier to use that the liquid eyeliner I already owned.I wasn't just waterproof, it was SLEEP proof. I woke up with eyeliner just as smooth as it had been the night before.
