Okay...
If u need a backup or on a tight budget I highly recommend this eyeliner. I used it for years and still use it about once a week when my makeup is just to run to the store or whatever and don't want to use my good makeup. Anyhow... Eye Irritation
I don't ask for much in my liquid liner ... Wet and Wild is as good as the best I've ever come across and for the price, why not? I spotted this brand's liner in gold glitter and had to have it to play with! When I washed my face at the end of the day, my eyes burned and continued to for quite awhile. I know there were tiny specks of glitter in it, but the reaction of the liner with my Noxzema, or...read more just the liner itself, caused a bad reaction. As to the liner itself, the glitter liner goes on evenly, with a good brush applicator and consistent coverage (no gloops of glitter followed by a blank space in the line). The gold glitter has less of a Berlin nightclub vibe than just a fun pop of shimmer, so I like that about it. didn't last very well

Only $1-2 each (I think $1 but don't remember). Can't go wrong with the price. They have many nice colors. Not very long lasting but it will take you through most of the day if you don't rub your eyes at night. Not bad.
I was desperate today because I lost my liquid eyeliner.. I felt weird without my eyes lined. So I ran to my local Target and got this basic, cheap eyeliner in black. I went to my mirror and lined my eyes in a rush. The brush is okay; not too big nor small. And the formula is a deep black. HG Eyeliner.
I have this in black and love it. The quality, packaging, pigmentation, applicator, and staying power are all fantastic, especially when you consider it's only a dollar! I don't think I'll be trying another liquid liner for a long time because I'm so happy with this one. new design and black
i have two versions of this eyeliner. when i first bought it, the point was thick almost like a sharpie marker which made it pretty hard to create a thin line. not a good one for a beginner at putting on eyeliner. but the 2nd one i bought had a sleeker design as well as the tip was more of a thin sharpie marker which made it very easy to apply. it does fade a bit so make sure to put on an eye primer. another good tip would be putting black eyeshadow over it.This review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful

Had high Hopes for this product , I actually like elf products(: but this really let me down . You get what you pay for

Not Bad for Price
