Dr. Denese Glow Younger Clear Self Tanner for Face and Body Reviews

Left Streaks...Not Long Lasting
I really liked the idea of the Dr. Denese Glow Younger Clear Self Tanner but the idea is better than the product. I have fair to light skin and even with trying to apply evenly, I had streaks. It was also faintly orange on me and started leaving leopard spots the next day. Not for me! — 1 year, 2 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 1 people said helpful

Works well, but not my 'go to' product
I like that this product has 'good for the skin' ingredients. However, when I really need a good tan with predictable results, I go to Bare Escentuals Faux Tan. The biggest positive for this Dr. Denese product is that it's okay to use on my face and body. Multi-tasking products always get more points from me. — 4 years, 9 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

it's ok...
i personally like BE's faux tan more. great looking tan and fast results, the problem was if i didn't keep up the application every few days, my skin would look horrible as "pieces" of my tan came off. this did not happen to me when i used BE's faux tan.... — 3 years, 9 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful

Great deal for a natural looking tan
I too bought the product from a special on QVC - I have used $28.00+ self tanners as well as Jergen's, etc. from the grocery store. I live in a very sunny climate but cannot sit for hours in the sun so I need a natural looking self tanner. The application is smooth and great for the skin but it is invisible and unless you know what you're doing you could blotch and patch. The color is deep and natural - deeper and lasts longer than the cheaper brands. I did not say darker, I said deeper. This product gives a beautiful glow and penetrates a little deeper than grocery store brands. Expect about 3-4 days after applying 2x for reapplication. No transfer of color so waiting a few minutes for it to dry isn't really an issue. — 4 years agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 2 of 3 people said helpful

I recently found this product..
on QVC. They had a special 2 bottles,(6 oz ) each and a microbrasion to use in between.. Ive got Lupus, have for about 13 years. I am very pale and have tried more products then I can count, from cheap to over the top.. This is absolutely the best. even if I find I've put a bit to much in spots, I can scrub away the extra. It holds up so well too. It is clear, but w/out the color to go by, Ive had no problems. Lupus is bad,I hate the sun induced mask. but wow, as an 80's girl, that always wore pantyhose, I no longer feel "naked" the coloris perfect on every area so far. I signed up for auto-ship.... — 4 years agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful

Works great
This works as well as any self tanner I've used (and I've used a lot!!!). The anti-aging properties of this product make it even better. The serum glides on effortlessly with no odor. Doesn't stain clothes and gives skin a natural looking tan. The only reason I don't give it a 10 is because it takes a few minutes to dry. Small price to pay for looking beautiful. — 4 years, 11 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 3 of 3 people said helpful

Too expensive
Too expensive for results. Drug store brands work just as well and much less expensive — 4 years, 11 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful
