Face Atelier Eyeshadow Powder Reviews

    shadows with a painterly touch

I loved the light translucent coverage of Face atelier's eyeshadow powder pots. The powder pigments are true to their color but glide on in a beautiful, subtle wash that builds and layers to a smoky eye with depth. The texture is so finely milled that it never becomes cakey on the eye, allowing you to play with multiple color combinations at once without eyelids that turn to crepe in two hours. They have just the right amount of shimmer, some of them when worn alone can even serve as a toned down version of the edgy glittery look seen on the runways this season. The packaging is also weighty and substantial, yet still sleek and modern- something I actually like to keep out on my dressing table. Overall I would recommend these eyeshadows to someone who likes to play with their makeup a little bit rather than one who wants a go-to, no brainer (which every woman should have at least one of!) Definitely a quality product from a lesser known label, worth what you pay for. — 4 years, 12 months ago
