Again i prefer capsules, but Milk thistle is great for detoxing your liver. Your liver processes EVERYTHING you put in your body and it's what makes your body burn more fat, so if it's overloaded with toxins and caffeine and sugar and salts it can't function properly. This helps get your body on the road to recovery. remember your skin reflects your insides, healthy body = healthy skin.06/09/2008
