    love!!

    by NICO_GIRL (3 reviews)
Actually, I prefer the bottled liquid which is meant to be diluted, in the almond scent. It is perfect for everything from dishes to delicate as crazy as that sounds. I was turned on to it by my "granola" friends who are fond of using it on camping excursions. They claim to use it for everything from washing hair... and cooking utensils to (w/ peppermint) brushing teeth in a pinch- REALLY! Its good for Mama Earth and if you get bored you can read the packaging it is FASCINATING, and really how many products can say that?. December 1, 2007, 5:30 pm

    unbelieveable

    by ladybirdliza (5 reviews)
trust me i'm no hippy, washing my hair with a bar of soap was just short of ludicrous for me. however i tried it and my hair and skin have never been so clean, truly clean, literally squeaky clean! my hair feels like feathers, but there is no notable difference in managing it, it just looks and feels amazing. also i have th...e occasional flake or two or three, i must admit, but this was also an instant cure for dry scalp. Excellent!

A real bar of soap! None of the good stuff taken out and no nasty irritating chemicals put in. Leaves you clean, but not too dried out. Although I do follow with body lotion or oil since my skin is so dry. Love the light almond scent - not chemical/fake smelling like some soaps. This is a great choice for sweaty summert...ime, the gym, or oily skin. February 21, 2008, 8:19 pm

    Magic!

I love Dr. Bronner's soap! I've tried the pepperment and lavendar varieties and can't wait to try the others. It never leaves my skin feeling dry and the refreshing, clean, all-natural scents are so invigorating. I'll never go back to my old bar soap! April 26, 2008, 8:15 am

    Can't live without it

    by figure8_97 (13 reviews)
I love the smell of the bar soap version but the liquid one (in Peppermint) is even better. It's multi-purpose and I mostly use it for showering--the cool, tingly sensation is especially refreshing during the hot summers when I'm trying to stay cool. And you can't beat the price for a giant bottle! February 2, 2008, 9:32 pm

    Luxurious soap

I love Dr. B Soaps and the bar soaps are no exception. They are made with organic oils and last a long time. The scents are strong, but not overpowering and they give me a great lather and are great for anyone who wants to be eco-, animal- and skin-friendly. I like to use the lavender to spot treat laundry, the peppermin...t to wake myself up and tea tea tree oil in my kitchen. They are more expensive than most soaps you can buy in a drugstore, but for the quality and the organic ingredients I think they hold up quite well to conventional and organic soaps. If you aren't a fan of liquid soaps, I'd recommend giving Dr. B's bars a whirl. May 4, 2009, 9:26 am

    Great Natural Soap

    by SpaynNeuter (5 reviews)
I have been using Dr. Bronner's soap for many years. I have chemical sensitivities, and started with their Baby Mild Organic, which is unscented. My husband has always used the Peppermint. The Peppermint is so mild, that I'm able to use that too. I have since branched out recently, and have tried the Eucalyptus, which is al...so very mild. My next one will be the Lavendar. I have noticed that if the scents are natural, my sensitivity isn't a problem. It's only when I'm introduced to chemical "lab made" scents is when I'm in trouble. I find this is the best soap out there. I may have tried others from time to time, but always come back to Dr. Bronner's. They have been a "Green" business before it was the "in-thing" to do. We love this soap

    by LexiBee (5 reviews)
We love this soap so much that we paid SEVEN DOLLARS A BAR for it from an overly enthusiastic health food store in Australia. The peppermint version is the best. Even my husband who hates fragrance is mad for it. It's tingly, it's refreshing, it's nice and solid so that it doesn't disintegrate in the soap holder. And ...who doesn't love a little religious fervour on their soap packaging?! June 4, 2008, 3:51 am
