This product somewhat helps wavy hair stay straight, but doesn't leave it soft or shiny. On the contrary, it leaves a stiff residue like firm-hold hairspray. Sprayed on wet hair, it's undetectable, but you'll feel like you're blow-drying with no product -- an unpleasant experience that causes breakage. Frizz-Ease Clearly Defined Style Holding Gel is a better alternative; it straightens and allows the brush to glide through hair.

by TheEllster (16 reviews)i use this constantly! right after i shower i use it to detangle, and if my hair gets frizzy i spray some in my hands and run it through. it's also good before blowdrying to help de-frizz, although in my case it doesn't much help straightening. but hey, that's what i have a straightener for... A good bet.
by tawneej (3 reviews)I found this Frizz-Ease product to be an adequate hair straightening solution. It works, but I think it leaves my hair feeling a little heavy. Since I have fine hair, the heaviness tends to make my style go limp sooner than I want to. As far as straightening, this might be a better product for someone with thicker hair. Not for me...

There wasnt any less frizz and now my hair was stiff and felt like it was coated in product. I didnt like this product at all but I tried the Serum in this line and LOVED it! great as a thermal styling tool

I thought the product was pretty decent
by LAWoman (6 reviews)I have fine (not thin) wavy hair that can be straight or curly depending upon how I dry it. I have to be careful of the type of product I use since it will get weighed down by a heavy creme and become flat and greasy looking. I can also have a difficult time getting it to be really straight. This product did a really goo...d job of getting my hair straight without weighing it down. Sure, there may have been a little bit of fuzziness to my hair but it was straight and not weighed down. And I didn't have to constantly brush it while blowing dry to get it to be straight. I didn't feel a residue on my hair but it also wasn't shiny. As a straightener it worked really well for me.

Great for controling Frizz!!!

Directions
