This product is great, especially when you have a cold and your congested. Fill a basin or sink with HOT water and add Arbonne Herbal Vapor Soak, grab a towel and lean over mixture. Cover your head with the towel and just breathe in, it's amazing, it totally clears up your head and sinus congestion.
