I started taking these women's vitamins after seeing a segment on my local news channel in which their health expert came on the show and tested 5 major brands of vitamins against Arbonne's. She had 6 glasses of water sitting on the table, and she dropped one of each brand of vitamin into each glass. Arbonne's vitamin was the only one that dissolved in water within 30 seconds, indicating its ability to break down in your system and showing me that the others just sat there, even after HOURS.
