These are GREAT products!!

I lost 40 lbs in 2 months by using the Figure8 weight loss system. I took 2 dietary supplement tablets in the morning 1 fizzing beverage tablet. At lunch, I ate a healthy meal and took 2 more tablets 1 chocolate protein shake (milk, banana, and powder). With dinner, I took 2 more tablets 1 more fizzy tablet in water. This curbed my hunger enough to eliminate the nighttime munchies which was my major problem! I also walked my dog every morning, and drank the detox tea every night. I used the Orange Fiber Shake when I wanted a different flavor, but I did not care for the vanilla or chai te...04/21/2008

      Weight Loss
