Absolutely Works!
When I was in first grade, my lips were very chapped after a harsh winter. My parents bought me Chapstick. I recall sitting with my grandmother. There was such comfort in the feel that I just rubbed it over and over my lips until I had used half of the tube! I love the fact that it has SPF protection. Yes, it is waxy, but when you apply it you know it will remain. It simply works. It works so well that it has become synonymous with lip balm--many of the women on this site refer to a balm as a "chapstick." I LOVE this product.
I have the vanilla-mint smelling one (I didn't know the Moisturizer came in different varieties), and absolutely love it. The smell is perfect and the texture is way better than the regular waxy ChapStick. Moisturizes well, good value, good length of wear.
