I have horribly heavy periods with clotting, painful cramps, and rapid mood swings. While this cream does not cure them, it definitely helps. The bleeding is lessened, the cramps aren't as bad, and my mood swings aren't as noticeable (or so my boyfriend says.) I take it for 21 days, one pump a day on my soft tissue (I rotate: my inner arms, inner back of legs, and neck) Then within 48 hours of stopping the cream I get my period. This is not a permanent solution as I still need to see a Doctor, but it has been great while I'm in between insurances. It has also cleared my skin up immensely. If you have some mild to moderate cramping/PMS mood swings, definitely give this a try.
