Omega's are good for you body and skin.
You don't need to spend this much though. Try flaxseed oil capsules, they contain Omega3 Omega 6 and Omega 9, all great for your heart, skin and health. I don't think it's right that these companies make you have to go through a dealer to get the products or join a club or monthly spending requirements. As far as supplements go, i also recommend CLA, Borage oil, flaxseed oil, dandelion root, milk thistle, and chromium. Too pricey!
This is definately over-priced! I bought it one time, thinking I was getting something with extrordinarily different ingredients, but I have since found SEVERAL brands that contain the same benefits and cost about 1/2 as much (or less!) increase skin moisture level
I can't aford this anymore, but when I was getting my sister's Arbonne salesperson discount, I used this and it really helped my skin. It felt so soft and smooth after a while I hardly ever needed lotion.
