First thing, this iron heats up really fast saving me alot of time in the morning! This brand of iron is #1 in my book. Leaves hair shiny and smooth. I've had mine for about 3 years now..

GREAT Straightener!!!
I have extremely curly hair, and this really works! I had expected such a small width would make it take longer, but it went really fast. I owned another one of their straighteners and just got thisone recently because I broke it! This gets really hot and makes the hair really soft and manageable. Works better than I the brand I bought from my hair dresser!
I bought a flat iron from my hair dresser and after using the flat iron it broke after less than 1 year! I didn't even use it every day. The Chi heats up so fast and straightens my hair faster than the other one. My hair is very thick and wavy, so I need a very powerful and hot flat iron so I don't spend forever fixing my hair. This flat iron works wonders. It is pricey but very worth it. It heats up fast and does it's job on my naturally wavy hair.
