I don't get that clean feeling

I received the clear advantage kit as a gift so I thought I'd give it a go. I'm not to fond of thi cleanser because it smells bad, didn't help my acne at all, and left my face still feeling dirty. In fact I believe this product even made me brake out even more than normal, overall I'm glad I didn't actually buy this produt or the whole line for that matter because they are majorly overpriced, they don't do anything for me personally, and you get basically no product for what you pay for it. — 10 months ago

This is a nice face wash. It is really gentle on my skin and has a nice minty smell. The bottle is kind of small. I don't really think it really does clear up acne but it's still a gentle face wash. — 2 years, 4 months ago

Out does pro-active!

I love this wash - and all the other products in the clear advantage product line! Proactive turns my skin red and (my normaly oily skin) very dry and flaky - ew! This wash doesn't try out my skin or turn it red - and I've stopped getting breakouts!!! I've got a lot friends who use it and love it too!! — 1 year, 4 months ago

not what i expected

Though it smells great and is botanically based, i was disappointed byt he lack of change in my skin. Gav eit the time that is recommended of a month but my breakout just got worse. The sylicate acid is just not an ingrediente that works to clear my skin. — 3 years, 8 months ago

Finally something gentle that works.

I am 26 years old and my sister was 13 when we both used this line. It works wonders for teenage acne and also the hormonal kind like mine. There are no "scrubbies" as another reviewer said, however you don't want to use anything with any type of scrub if you have acne because scrubs spread bacteria and can make your breakouts longer and much worse. Also, remember your skin has a 4-6 week turnover time especially with acne, so no this doesn't work overnight-nothing does. My sisters face was improved in the 3rd week and I would say "cured" after 2 months and mine was improved in week 2 and almost "cured" after a month and a half. It smells great-not stinky like other lines. The added bonus-my skin never pealed or flaked or felt dry and itchy. Now that my acne is under control, I use the anti aging line but I continue to take the acne supplement just in case! I say great for all ages! — 3 years, 9 months ago

Gentle and Effective!

I have used both pro active and also aloette's line for acne prone skin. They both worked pretty well at first but then the results faded away after prolonged use. Proactive has to be the absolute worst skin care line on the market. I used to praise it when I used it but after leaving a spa one afternoon after having a facail and discussing my skin care products with the woman who proformed the facial i quickly witched over to a new line of prducts. She brought a great point up to me that totally opened my eyes... shes said 'have you ever washed your face at night and applied the acne lotion (i dont recall what it was actually called) and then put on a tshirt or gotten some of the 'lotion' on a towel... i quickly answered and said yes and that the product seemed to bleach the thsirts, towels, etc that it got on... she said 'my point exactly WHY ARE YOU PUTTING THAT ON YOUR FACE??' enough said for me right there. sooo after searching around ARBONNE'S CLEAR ADVANTAGE ACNE WASH is the prodcut ive been searching for. Im 25 and seem to have occasional break outs... this seems to have literally halted them all together! — 3 years, 10 months ago

Worked Great at First....
