Cool idea, poor execution
Josie Maran Argan Oil is a permanent staple in my skin care regimen. It is one of the only items that has remain a constant through my frequent changes. What I love about her cosmetics line is that all of her products are infused with PURE argan oil (unlike most imitators which add a lot of junk to their argan oil). What is also unique to her line is how most of her cosmetics are self-adjusting too. There are only three shades of this powder-- fair/light, light/medium, medium/dark. I fit in the light/medium. Although it's cool to see the powder change colors on your skin to match your shade, what I HATE is how much this powder flakes off onto your clothing. The powder is NOT what the image above suggests--the real deal is actually marbled with white and beige depending on your tone. This will feel comfortable on your skin and leaves a natural finish, for how frequently this flakes off all over you as you pat in on is an indicator of how fast this product will go because of all the powder that is wasted. Not worth my money. — 11 months, 1 week agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Not blendable
This powder isn't so blendable on oily skins. It is not as silky as I expected it to be for the price. The coverage is medium. The compact is shiny and pretty to pull out in the public. However for the price, there are better ones out there. — 3 years, 5 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Great product!
There are only two colors, a dark one and a light one. I use the light one. If you have nice skin with not much to cover up, the powder is great on its own. Apply with a good fluffy brush. If you have more to cover up, use an allover, sheer foundation first, then a spot concealer for the tough stuff, and then set it with the Josie Maran Pressed Powder. It will hold everything in place for the rest of the day and, as long as you apply with a fluffy brush. It never looks chalky, it keeps the T-zone in check, and it feels like nothing at all. It's a good product if you're looking for something nice and light. — 2 years, 4 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful
