Are they too much?

It's great there are different heads to use, but I found every one of the heads far too rough on my skin. Is microdermabrasion too much for the skin to begin with as I always develop a huge, red, sore area and within days I have a break out of something. Acne, actual scabs, tiny white dots, etc., the choice of heads is a great offer, but not if all of the choices are too much for the skin to handle. Adjusting the pressure does not appear to make any difference either, they simply hurt.03/22/2008
