  Teal eyeliner year round!?

  A couple of years ago, I bought a Nars eye liner pencil in "Kaliste," a teal color...it was July, I was already tan and heading off to vacation and I thought "Hey, this will be something fun and different for my brown eyes just for the summer." Two years later, and in November, I'm still wearing it every... day! I use it only very lightly on my lower lash line- the deep marine blue makes the whites of my eyes pop like nothing else I've ever tried before. If I'm running late for work, it's the one thing I make sure I use, unbelievable how it makes you look more awake. November 30, 2007, 5:47 am

  didn't care for it

  I think the texture, blendability, and staying power of this product were good, but I tried the Kaliste pencil after reading about it in Elle Magazine ,and found it irritated my eyes and made them itchy. I am only allergic to a few products, but this caused a reaction right away! As a blue eyed brunette it seemed really &qu...ot;extreme" in Kaliste, too. It reminded me of 60's blue eyeshadow!   Nice colors

  I have a few of these and like them all. The colors are nice, I apply once in the morning and I find that the colors do not smear - better yet, it lasts all day. I don't wear a lot of makeup, only lip glosses, sometimes lipsticks, and always eyeliner. NARS eyeliners are keepers for my peepers! July 27, 2009, 2:05 pm

  Great colors

  I don't wear eyeliner very often because the liners i've used would tug, not blend easily, and didn't go on smooth, but this one turned me on to eyeliner. This product may be a little pricey but the result is definitely worth the price. It stays on, doesn't smudge or tug, and it blends easily.   You will never get bored with this line, sooo many colors! I liked the ease of application and it is long lasting. The price is a little much when you can get longer from other lines for a little bit more. June 12, 2008, 10:55 am

  another great NARS product

  I love the two colors i own of this liner, "kitty" (matte intense turquoise) and "iceberg" (matte snow white). I love that the colors are super pigmented and matte. they wear really well on the inner rims of the eyes, even if my eyes get watery, they stay put. i find that they last better than average, o...f course still wearing off in the inner eye during the day, but what liner doesn't? i had to take away stars due to the insane price for a pencil! but other than that, the consistency is nice, goes on smooth but dries down.   Clumpy Finish, and Wears Off Quickly

  I love Nars brand makeup. I bought this eyeliner bc of Nars high reputation in makeup. I was disappointed though once I used it. I got the liner in a purple shade called "Manor". It was a beautiful color, but it had a clumpy application and was so creamy that it wore off quickly. I had previously owned a Ch...anel eyeliner pencil. Its finish was beautifully smooth and stayed on dark for hours. Everyone always thought the Chanel liner look like a liquid liner. The Nars liner is nowhere near in comparison to my old Chanel liner.
