Not a fan

I have an issue with this product - for me, it chips like crazy! I have tried three different shades and the result is always the same. Its a shame really, as I very much like the colors. Like other Sally Hansen products I found the product to be a bit watery. If you put on a very thin coat, it dries in record time, but a normal coat takes forever to dry.
