I tried these for about 3 months and it did make quite a difference. I was quite surprized at how much it did whiten, about 5 shades on the chart they give you. Fast to use

I used these very consistently for a couple of months well over a year ago, and I still get comments (even from my dentist!) about how white my teeth are. I've had people ask me where I had them professionally whitened, and I routinely recommend this product; it's totally worth the price. I would advise using them as consistently as the package recommends, otherwise it will take longer to see the desired results. My teeth do tend to get somewhat sensitive, so the 5-minute package was definitely better for me. August 2, 2008, 6:44 pm

Works fast

After the wedding, I stopped using them but I also use whitening toothpaste with baking soda which helps keep your teeth whiter longer. With the combination I am very happy with my teeth!
