My tooth sensitivity is not severe, but I occasionally will use a sensitivity toothpaste for it. However, I did not like this. The paste left a film on my tongue and the flavor of the toothpaste was lingering and very unpleasant. Great if you get sensitive from white strips.
I got this in hopes it would help with the sensitivity i get from white strips, and i'm happy to report it worked!
