This does have a pleasant taste and leaves my whole mouth feeling very fresh and m inty. I'm not sure on the whitening quality as far as improving, but it's very good for maintaining a whitened smile! I used the WhiteStrips before this so I had already been impressed with the whitening ability of the strips before this use. It keeps my teeth white!

Can not do without it
Our entire family loves this product. You see results in just a couple of days. We even went with another product for a short time (because I could get the other product my bulk at Sam's), and we could immediantly see the difference. It does cost a bit more than other products but the money is worth it. no cavities!
