This did nothing to help straighten my daughter's hair. My family has gone through every formula offered by Herbal Essences. We run into the same problem every time...build up. The first 2 or 3 times the shampoos and conditioners worked great and then they starting building up and giving all 4 of us (2 adults, 2 teenagers) oily roots and frizzy ends. I know a lot of people love Herbal Essences but we don't anymore based on experience.

eh

good price, delicious smell, pretty packaging, and i suppose it helps straighten. but the 2-in-1 thing really doesnt work for me. so, if youre looking for a way to save a few bucks and a few minutes in the shower, this isn't your answer.

I really like this product. In conjunction with the conditioner, my hair doesn't puff out, it is smooth and straight.
