I used this and it made my skin burn for about 4 hours. I thought maybe it was because I have somewhat sensative skin, so I had a friend try it and she said it burned her skin all day. I had to shower 2 times to get it to stop. I would not recommed this at all05/03/2008

      I bought this lotion as a part of the entire AcneRecovery System and I LOVE that it is adjustable. I have acne that only flairs up once a month. During the other few weeks, I don't need as much medication as this one particular week, so it is nice that I can change the strength according to my skin's needs. This is the ONLY...           • The Acne Repair Lotion contains gentle Salicylic Acid that helps remove dead skin cells on the surface of your skin. This complex formula is multi-dimensional, not just treating your acne, but also promoting overall skin health. The Repair Lotion formula also contains Retinol, also known as vitamin A. Retinol is an antioxidant that helps destroy damaging free-radicals in your skin. Topical application of Retinol, plays a big part in slowing down the deteriorating effects of free-radicals. The Repair Lotion opens your skin's pores, promotes skin cell renewal, fights microbes and inflammation and balances your skin tone. And, remember, this adjustable acne treatment lets you simply dial the correct treatment stength that you feel works best for your skin.

          • Directions

          • Cleanse the skin thoroughly before applying medication. Cover the entire affected area with a thin layer one to two times daily. Because excessive drying of the skin may occur, start with one application daily, then gradually increase to two times daily if needed or as directed by a doctor. If bothersome dryness or peeling occurs, reduce application to once a day or every other day. For external use only.
