Directions
- First apply the rest of your eye makeup, leaving mascara till last. Start with the lower lashes by applying mascara with the tip of the brush, holding the brush vertically. Next, apply mascara to the upper lashes from base to tip, holding the brush horizontally. For a more striking look follow with a second layer of mascara. Not available in the U.S.
