Took forever to heat up, left barely any sign that it had contact with my hair. I waited and waited and still it didn't give me waves. Burning smell. Perhaps very fine hair would work better.

Big let down

I bought this product because I really wanted to have nice deep waves. I was so excited to try it for the first time because I've never seen my hair wavy before. I saw the box and the girls on it and thought to myself that I wanted my hair to look like that. It was obvious that it wouldn't look exactly the same but I thought it would be close. When I did my hair it looked like I had crimped it. Th...read moreere were not deep waves. They were very messy looking and it looked like I just woke up and didn't get a chance to brush my hair. This was probably one of the worst hair product I've ever bought. It was a big waste of money and I will probably never buy another Vidal Sassoon product.
