Best powder eyeliner
I LOVE the gorgeous colors of this eyeliner and also its versatility. It can be used either wet or dry. To use it wet, you can use either just water or a liquid made specifically for this purpose (I've been using Paula Dorf's "transformer" liquid). I like to apply it wet and then go over it dry. The only liner I've found that will let me achieve a perfectly even, thin line of color right up against the base of my lashes. great liner

Love it!
This stuff is great -- best powder eyeliner around. When you apply it wet, it creates a nice line and really stays put. I'll never use another liner.
