Not the easiest to apply
While I love the sparkle in the aqua color, it doesn't glide on my eyes very well at all - it really tugs. I have tried warming it a bit, but, still too difficult. Wet'n'Wilds eyeliners often out do themselfs in terms of quality and price. The product is offered in basic colors, and a few cool jewel tones. The shimmer is long lasting and the liner stays put hours after application. Another great and cheap product....
This is a standard in my mackup bag. I love it because I can afford to keep it in various places because the price in only $1.99 each at my local CVS drugstore.
