I love that this is all natural, and has a nice clean scent. I work out a lot, so it held up, and didn't get too smelly, but for sure, if you sweat a lot, it may not be the best choice. This isn't the best deodorant ever but I still like it. It does smell good and is totally natural which I love. But this isn't the best for if you will be exercising or out all day. If you can keep it with you and apply it throughout the day that works best because it doesn't last all day. So this was on clearance somewhere and I got 2 of them because it smelled sooooo good. I love Lavender! It lft kind of a sticky, but clear residue. The smell lasted so long. I was going to bed and could still smell it! It was really relaxing.
