N.Y.C. New York Color Eyelashes Reviews

Okay for the price
This set was $1.99 at a pharmacy! So I cannot complain too much. First of all, they are not the best looking one, but not the worst either. They stayed all night long, but yeah, unfortunately, lost their shape so I did not reuse them. I think an important fact to use false eyelashes is a eyelash glue. You have to invest money on a good quality eyelash glue. And don't forget to use tweezers to bring this fake eyelashes close to natural lash line. BTW, I find that NYC's another eyelashes "Double Cross Eyelashes" is slightly better. — 3 years, 5 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 3 people said helpful

Ouch! Argh! Ooh! Ugh!
I've never tried falsies before and I didn't really have a need to because my eyelashes seem fine just the way they are and mascara alone usually does the trick. But because I've seen so many people rave about falsies, I thought it may give me that glam red carpet doe eyed look so to the store I went and because I just wanted to give it a try, I picked up the inexpensive ones. Wrong mistake of choosing New York Color because I found these were hard to the touch and trying to press these on were difficult because of the stiffness. So I cut them in half and they worked effectively on the outter corner of my lashes, however they felt so heavy and unnatural. One sneeze was all it took to displace them and it poked my eyes because of the rigid ends of this eyelash set. Skip out on this because I wouldn't want anyone else getting into an injury! — 5 years agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 5 of 5 people said helpful

Absolute waste of time
They look beautiful in the pack but didn't want to stick onto my lashes! Very ridgid. Not recommended. — 1 year, 4 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 1 people said helpful

NYC Lashes
I have worn these for years and loved them until they changed a few months ago. They are terrible I can't believe they ruined a wonderful product. Does anyone know any other brand that is like this one was at one time? — 4 years, 2 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 1 people said helpful

frusterating product.
the trick to getting them to STAY on is to make sure you dont have any makeup on your eyes first, then use mascara once on. They are very difficult to put on and you have to fight with both sides of the strip of eyelashes, its really a pain. However, once they are on, they look great. I usually use glue with them anyway, otherwise i just cant get them to stay. — 4 years, 4 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 2 of 3 people said helpful
