Their $1 shine L/S is better
This lipstick didn't have much pigmentation as their other lipstick, and it's more drying. It's not creamy nor moist, and the color selection is not as great. It also doesn't retract all the way down, so putting the cap back on is not easy to do quickly without messing up. Plunk! There It Goes Into the Trash
While probably only a select few of these days are flattering shades, the color selection is terrible especially with so many metallics on the shelf. I found that after purchasing a couple of these, I had chapped lips with lipstick on it which looked terrible and adding balm doesn't exactly cure the problem. If you find a shade that goes great on you, I'd suggest laying a sheer gloss over it so that it doesn't look so opaque and metallic or chunky as I've found with these. Needs tweaking
These lipsticks are fine for the price. I wouldn't say that they're particularly long lasting, but you're probably not going to get superior staying power for a dollar unless you choose a really dark shade (which I didn't). When it comes to the color, what you see is exactly the what you get - they're not sheer at all (which I like, but some may not). This lipstick is pretty drying on it's own, and the shade selection can be a bit unnatural for how rich the color is, so I suggest layering them with a colored gloss. Needs Work!
I'm a fan of the really smooth and really pigmented application this lipstick gives and the little flecks of gold that make my lips shimmer and shine without gloss. However, this lipstick faded four hours into my day! My bright magenta-pink lips had turned baby pink fading into pale pink! Mousse, rose gold & snowcone!
Mousse is my favorite one. Its a more brown toned nude colour that I use for my cheeks as a blush. Rose gold is kind or a red coral colour with gold flecks in it. Snowcone is a pink colour kind of in between a bubble gum pink & a hot pink with some mettalic undertones. Over all I love these lipsticks! I'm surprised
I bought two different shades, the Caramel and Rose Gold. I have to agree that they are a bit drying if you do not used balm underneath. I normally get six hours of wear with this lipstick. Needs Some Work
This is not what I expected from it. I took this color that looked like a nude pink and it faded away in, like, two and a half hours. The color didn't look good on me anyway, but it was, like, just $1.79 at Target. I guess I should just stick with their lip stain instead. But they have a nice color variety, I guess I was unlucky and took a wrong color. But the color looks nice on my friend if you add some sheer lip gloss on top, it really pops. Not long-lasting

Surprisingly nice
I have this lipstick in 413B, Rose Gold. Just glancing at my lipsticks, this seems to be the one I use the most. The color is just like the name suggests...a light rose with a subtle gold cast. I'm fair and slightly warm toned, and this color looks great on me. The formula isn't drying like I expected it to be, and for $.99, I couldn't ask for more.
