Miracle worker
Hallelujah is all I have to say. I FINALLY am able to treat those horrid cystic acne bumps that feel like half your chin is the size of Mt. Everest. I got some of there samples in the mail along with a catalog and ordered this after reading what it reportedly did for these types of breakouts. I was expecting something heavier (from the lotion in the name) but this is more like a chalky toner. ...read more I put it on a couple of times on a new bump and the next morning the bump was GONE. My husband has begun using this as well on his ingrown hairs in addition to the cystic acne he gets every so often and now we fight over the bottle. Shake the bottle extremely well, apply a few drops, and within a day or two it's like the bump was never there. What I want to know is why it took me so long to find this product. I have also ordered and used the drying lotion and healing mask, which by the way is uber-amazing at helping with any acne scars or redness. I did take off a star for the wicked alcohol smell that this product has. It's enough to singe your nose hairs, but PLEASE do not let that get in the way of using this product. For what it does the smell is a very small price to pay. Clears up blackheads.

My Personal Miracle Worker
I all but gave up on my huge cystic pimples, until I happened to come across this online. This was my "Obi Wan Kenobi", my only hope. I tried this and the (6-week!) cyst had diminished significantly within two days! Very surprised!
After reading other reviews here on the Total Beauty website about this product I thought I would give it a shot! Boy am I glad that I did. This stuff really works! I get cystic acne every once in awhile and I could never find anything that would bring this ugly bump to a head. I followed the directions and within a day or two it started working. I had to follow this process a few times but the bump is practically gone now. not impressed
didn't work at expected. dried out my skin, didnt work on the acne, I don't really have severe acne, this didn't do much for me. Disappointed. I think clinique and even Skin ID works a lot better than this one. Pretty Powerful!
This stuff does make my pimples heal faster! It is a little tricky to work with though because of the liquid consistancy. Works for me
It has cut the heeling time down for me in more then half. As soon as I feel a big bump coming I get the buffering lotion out. The girl at the store gave me a great tip when using this that should help some of you out. First make sure you have washed your face good, then shake the bottle really well. After shaking put five, or six drops of the buffering lotion onto a cotton ball, or pad and just ...read moresit back an dab the spot that you are trying to heel. Just do this until you get sick of doing it, five minutes should be good and then add a little more right to the spot. Don't spread it all over your face, or you will dry your face out bad. I do this at night and find it works better then just adding a drop to my face.
