Not as creamy as kohl liner should be

I thought this liner would be great for lining my waterline but it wasnt too creamy so it would tug a bit and I had to apply a few swipes to get the color to really show up! Good, but not exactly what I'm looking for

This was my first eyeliner I've purchased. I thought the packaging was great and that the sharpener was brilliant. At first, I thought I didn't need another pencil sharpener (my mum had one), but when i tried it - I couldn't eblieve how precise the cutting was. I could get a very fine pointed tip pencil, great for precision lining. As for the actual liner, I thought it was good at first. It had good staying power and good colour distribution. But at the end of the day, while the colour was still there, it smeared and smudged around my eyes to give me panda eyes.
