This audacious scent is a blend of Italian Mandarin Essence, Egyptian Jasmine Absolute, and Indonesian Patchouli essence. While it is pretty, heavy undertones come through. Miss Dior Eau de Parfum
I received this as a sample in my first BirchBox, and it has become my GO TO scent.....I have never been one to spend a lot of money on scents, in fact, this is likely the first time I have ever spent more than $25 on a perfume....I must say tho be careful, as there are different styles of Miss Dior, and I am only referring to the Eau de Parfum. Slightly sweet, a bit powdery, sensual. I absolutely love the bottle, very Couture! And, I get nothing but compliments from everyone when I wear it. Multi-layered, fruity and flowery (Eau de Parfum)
This Eau de Parfum has many layers and notes, so your body chemistry plays a large role in how it smells. On me, there's a lot of Mandarin and fruit mixed with light florals, but very little "green" or moss, so it's very light and sunshiney. Conversely, some of my friends have the exact opposite experience and got the powdery, old lady thing. All I can say is, try it and see what it does on you! One thing I especially like about this parfum is that its complexity reveals itself in layers, so it smells different throughout the day. Intense, retro, not for the faint of heart
If you think Paris Hilton and Sarah Jessica Parker are parfumerie geniuses, don't bother with this one.
