NOT for sensitive teeth

ouch
this stuff makes your teeth hurt and feel like it does when you eat something real cold and get it on the nerve or something. It also is hard to apply. But does it really work?
After reading the instructions this whitener seemed like it would be quick and easy - no muss, no fuss. Not like those strips you have to mold against your teeth. With Boots Expert Teeth Whitening Stick you just kind of brush it on your teeth, like "white out". I found out that nothing you put on your teeth should be taken lightly (no pun). I didn't follow the directions as well as I should have and I ended up with sensitive teeth for awhile. Now I remember, always follow the directions.
