really liked this one
To address the Aloe Lotion from Mario Badescu – I really wasn’t sure what it was at first. I had requested a sample package from them a while ago, just got it yesterday, and wow did they send me a lot of stuff! I couldn’t wait to use all of it, especially since they had customized it specifically to my skin care needs and my personal skin issues. But this one product in particular confused me a bit. The label says it is “lotion”, but the directions tell you to use it basically the same as you would a toner. I don’t know why they can’t just label it as the product is intended to be used… anyway, moving on. I decided to go through the whole gamut of the beauty routine and use a little bit of everything. After I cleansed with the Enzyme Cleanser, I swiped a bit of the Aloe Lotion over my face. I did really like how gentle it felt on my skin, which tends to be extremely sensitive. I don’t normally use a toner of any kind because they are always too harsh, and my face gets as red as a tomato most the time if I even try, so believe me, I was quite hesitant to use this one. But I figured what the heck, one time won’t kill me, and this is a great brand with superb products. I love that it did not irritate my skin one bit, there was no sign of redness. It left my skin feeling even softer, and even more cleansed but still not dry or tight. The smell is again, really nice, soft and fresh and cool, like it came directly from an aloe plant or something. I would definitely use this again, which says a lot for me. Great for combination-dry skin
I have very sensitive skin that is dry in parts. This is a great toner to balance my skin out. It makes my skin feel very clean and smooth. — 1 year, 11 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Like this line but not this product
Used as a toner, this product slightly burns my skin and seems to leave a residue feeling. I now store it in the refrigerator because the cold counteracts the burning sensation. It seems remove dirt from my skin but I think that's because the enzyme cleanser doesn't work so well for me. For a toner I much prefer to use my homemade version of witch hazel with fresh cucumber pieces and mint leaves, which I keep refrigerated. — 3 years, 9 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Refreshing
This smells great...so fresh! My honey actually came up to me and kissed my cheek and told me my skin smelled really good after using this, lol! I use this in combination with the enzyme cleansing gel and it is very gentle but effective. — 5 years agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful
