SmOOOOOOOOOOOOOOth skin here i come!
This is a great cleanser. It's not intended for everyday use, it will dry your skin out if you do. It's a great deep cleanser; i like using it every sunday night to wash off the weekends makeup and party grunge. Great bang for your buck, especially when you consider how much the average glycolic wash cost. This bottle lasts forever too. I've had mine for three months and it's still 75% full. So Soft, You'll Want To Touch!
I like foamy cleansers because I have this subconcious habit of believing that they are more effective than cream cleansers or even gels. With this, it's true. All my makeup is rinsed away with the bubbles and suds and my skin becomes incredibly soft. The only gripe I do have is that over time it does dry out my skin a bit so moisturizer following this is highly recommended. I have oily skin and the past few days post usage of this has left my skin somewhat parched. LOVE This face wash!
I first must say that I love Mario Badescu's line. It is of fantastic quality, and truly delivers amazing results. I am incredibly skeptical and picky when it comes to anything I use on my skin, as I suffered from severe acne all through high school. One of the products I turned to was this cleanser. I got a travel size of it at Ulta a few years back, and have been using it ever since! I will agree that it is a little pricey, but I honestly feel that the quality makes up for it. You only need a nickel-size amount, and used with a scrubbing brush, it really leaves the skin feeling clean and refreshed! I'm in love!
I love this stuff. I use it 2 or 3 times a week, and it really exfoliates without drying or irritating my sensitive, acne-prone skin. A tiny bit works into a huge lather, so you don't have to use a lot. I've had the same bottle since Feb 09 and it's not even half gone. While, yes, it appears to be pricey, you use so little, that really, it's incredibly cost effective. Great for blackheads!!!!
Although I've only bin using the Glycolic Foaming Cleanser for two weeks, I have seen a big difference in my skin! I've tried just about every thing there is to get rid of the blackheads on my nose and chin with out any luck. I'm going to be 43 this year and was beginning to think I'd have to live with them for the rest of my life. No more!! The sales lady at the La Te Da store asked me if I had tried the Glycolic foaming cleanser. When I said no, she was so surprised she had to tell me all about it and talked me right into trying buying it. Although I didn't think I was going to see any difference with this product I was and still am shocked with how well it works. Was she ever right. After only two weeks of using it you can hardly see any blackheads left any where on my face. I'm sure with in a months time I will finally be rid of them for good. Great exfoliant!!
This exfoliating cleanser is a great alternative to scrubby exfoliatiors. My dermatologist rrecommended this to me because other scrubs were doing nothing but rubbing the bacteria over my face and causing more breakouts. My favorite cleanser
I use this cleanser 2 or 3 times a week and love the way my skin feels afterward. It foams up to a lovely lather and has a nice fresh scent.
