I bought this mascara with the intention of it being my going out mascara. For that purpose, it's perfect. It makes my lashes, shiny and jet black and, with a little effort, makes them long and thick to boot. But I think I would go nuts if this was my every day mascara. For one thing, the results are so dramatic I wouldn't feel comfortable sporting it to work. For another, it clumps like crazy so lashes have to be brushed out with a separate brush. Tried this on at Sephora & it defined my lashes beautifully! Thickened, lengthened, darkened & slightly lifted my straight lashes! There was some clumping but I was able to smooth it out with the brush. Just need to get the hang of the unique brush.
