i was so excited when boots became available in the US .. and especially at target. they have so many products to address different needs and a company isn't number one in england unless it's pretty special .. and i like this mascara. the wand is so easy to use and you can't beat the price. although it's not waterproof, the formula is thick and does not flake at the end of the day. i remember putting a million coats on for a party i was attending, and someone asked me how i got my lashes so long. and it was a boy! a boy has never asked me anything about cosmetics and i NEVER get compliments on my straight, short, thin lashes. now, this definitely isn't dramatic as false eye lashes, but this is great for the everyday look.
