doesn't do what it says
This doesn't do all it claims but still works somewhat decently. I like that its a gel that absorbs quickly and is not a greasy product like most eye lifters tend to be. I wasn't expecting a miracle but at the same time I expected to see more of an improvement in a shorter amount of time.
