An inexpensive alcohol-free toner
It's odd that there are so few alcohol-free toners because toners with alcohol are not good for any skin type. Sephora has some good ones, but I like Boots' because it's an excellent toner at a fair price--you can get at Target. I use it after washing my face to remove any extra traces of dirt and make up. Underwhelmed
I didn't notice a difference in my skin at all after using this toner. It is gentle and it doesn't have an unpleasant odor, which is always a plus. Didn't do anything for me
I didn't notice a difference in my skin when I started to use this, it was kind of a disappointment. The only time I really use this is after the shower to make sure no shampoo residue is left on my forehead.
