Boots No7 Total Renewal is a product I am extremely pleased with and wish I had tried this at least ten years ago. I followed the directions exactly making the dots and doing the small circles. When I was done, my face had a pinkish tone to it - something I have never experienced from a product ever before. I call it a healthy glow. It is well within my price range and a great value for my money. This is one regimen that I will continue on a weekly basis. I was very very happy with the end result and very well worth the effort. The directions are plain as day and easy to follow. I have never tried this Micro-dermabrasion Exfoliator, but I am quite pleased with this product. I followed the directions making dots all over my face and gently scrubbing in small circles as directed. When I was done and looked in the mirror - the results were very noticable. My skin was a little pink and it had a wonderful healthy glow. It beats any Olay product that I have ever used hands down. I love it and will continue to use it once a week. I just love this stuff and the results on my over fifty face.
