Only For Oily Skin
It does refresh your skin but if you have dry skin, alcohol in this rose water will dry up your skin even more and if you have damaged or sensitive skin, you will feel the burn. I could only use this toner when my skin is in a super good condition. Recommend to oily skin people only. This product can be used for many different purposes and it is highly recommended. It is extremely soothing and good for everyday toning as well as to freshen up. I've been using this product for about 10 years and I love it. I always have this product on hand.
