A longtime fan of Burberry fragrances, I had to have The Beat as soon as it hit U.S. shelves! I was definitely not disappointed! The scent is a mixture of florals and greens...not too overpowering, but has the staying power for a full day! There's a sweetness to the fragrance, but it is nicely balanced. A great scent for Spring and Summer - fresh, modern and clean. In the heady and overwhelming world of new scents, this stands out. It is an interesting mixture of different heady elements and the staying power is a big plus.
