This serum utilizes retinol to encourage cell turnover, Alpha Lipoic Acid (an anti-aging ingredient highly touted by Dr. Perricone) and Soybean oil which is very moisturizing and helps keep the skin from drying out - which can sometimes happen when you first begin a retinol/retinoid regimne. Okay...it's definitely expensive...but worth it. You only have to use it at night and because it's so incredibly hydrating, you only have to use a little.
