When massaged onto my decollete i can see it firming my skin. I also use it on my eyelids, makes the skin firmer & doesn't irritate my eyes. Plus, it's not tested on animals, is vegetarian, & most ingredients are organically grown. Beautiful Scent for the décolleté
Perhaps one really doesn't need another skincare product let alone one just for the neck but the rose, honey, and sandalwood scent is like nothing else I own and even so, this has a good combination of essential oils for my thin neck skin.
